We offer a service whereby we contact the other party and offer mediation. Sometimes this produces resolution and agreement without actually having to mediate or litigate!
A customer has had such a positive response:
Please see the email below from XYZ. Your communication seems to have produced the result we wanted. It seems to me that they are not interested in pursuing any of this any further and that we need do anything further. Thank you very much for your help I shall write a very positive review on your intervention.
