We have been running a free trial of our ADR service for consumers over the last 18 months, courtesy of the EU which has always been at the forefront of ADR and consumer rights.

The 5 star review we received today gives us confidence that we are doing the right thing and that consumers really appreciate what we do, as well as traders. ADR can really make a difference. No wonder BEIS is considering making ADR compulsory for certain sectors like home improvements and car services/sales.
