We are launching a new free mediation set up service – Dispute Solution.
Primarily aimed at litigation solicitors, with clients who want to resolve disputes early.
In our experience legal costs can be a major impediment to resolving a dispute and clients mainly do not want to be engaged in lengthy and costly legal disputes. The Ministry of Justice is considering making mediation or ADR compulsory.
We offer a free service whereby we will contact the other party to arrange an online mediation before proceedings are issued.
