We attach our response to the CJC Consultation. In this response we argue in favour of better usage of the ADR Regulations and the consumer dispute resolution system, linking it with the Court system, as well as arguing that part time judges with Mediation qualifications should be used to sit as mediators in appropriate cases.
Mediation users and litigators are encouraged to respond to this consultation.
