Last month the Singapore Mediation Convention was signed, representing a milestone in the progression of mediation settlement agreement enforceability. Singapore is leading the way in ADR and litigation. The UK has not yet signed the convention.
For those like me who were unable to attend, but would have dearly have liked to have been there but for work commitments it is possible to see the ceremony online (you can be there virtually!)
